Yesterday I went to see Doctor......n I got this pills...n she suggested me rehat for 2 days. Tidur kena cukup...mandi kena banyak...kalau nak training..training waktu pagi je...and stop taking coffee for a while :)
Coffee tu bagus tapi panas...next week aku start balik minum coffee. Sekarang setiap 1 jam..2 gelas air suam kana minum...n setiap 2 jam kena p toilet...heheheheh

probably u should do it 2 days before the race.. coz kopi ni buleh buat panas badan jugak.
